It shows up differently for every man. But the signal is the same —
something inside you knows.

You hit a goal and there's just flatness.

Not motivated. Not driven by FOMO. Just… flat. Things that once lit you up now feel like obligations. You need bigger hits just to feel something. And even those don't last.

Your mind is foggy. You can't sit on the work for more than 30 mins without distracting yourself. And you know you should be able to do it because you've done it in the past. Now it's getting harder.
